Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation and payment verification.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact the customer for order confirmation before dispatch.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during exceptional circumstances may require additional processing time.

3. Delivery Time

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is generally:

Metro & major cities: 2–5 business days

Other locations: 3–7 business days

Remote areas: 5–10 business days
